2012 Summer Camp
Broadway Bound Sessions I, II & III – “Goin’ Buggy”
In this enchanting musical, the members of the insect population take on personalities and demand the respect and positive attention they have lacked for so long. The action and humor is continuous with an hysterical rhyming script and several unforgettable characters from the emphatic Lana the Ladybug singing That’s No Way to Treat a Ladybug to the insects march on the White House presenting the Bugs Bill of Rights. The clever story and seven engaging songs of this best-selling musical are guaranteed to capture the imaginations and hearts of performers and audiences alike!
Spotlight Stars Sessions I, II & III - “The Best of Both Worlds”
The best — and worst! — of both worlds meet when fantasy meets the harsh reality of school in this toe-tapping, pop musical adventure! When Cinderella’s stepsisters find a portal to another world, they get zapped into a very real high school and decide to never return. After all, in this world, mean girls are popular! A comically ambitious Woodsman who dreams of being a storybook hero pursues the stepsisters to bring them back and recruits the help of Danica, a hard-core realist who never believed in fairy tales and only sees the dark side of life. Meanwhile, the fairy tale world is left in shambles with the Woodsman gone. Little Red is attacked by the wolf, and Sleeping Beauty keeps pricking her finger on the ax while chopping her own firewood! It’s time for the princesses to become their own heroes and discover that they can take care of themselves! Kids will love this delightful show while simultaneously learning valuable life lessons about what it means to be alive, the pursuit of dreams and controlling your own destiny.
Teen Training 2011 - “Fame Jr.”
Set during the last years of New York City’s celebrated High School for the Performing Arts on 46th Street (1980-1984), FAME – THE MUSICAL is bittersweet but ultimately inspiring story of a diverse group of students as they commit to four years of grueling artistic and academic work. With candor, humor and insight, the show explores the issues that confront many young people today: issues of prejudice, identity, self-worth, literacy, sexuality, substance abuse and perseverance.
With its topical subject manner, diverse cast of actors, singers, dancers and instrumentalists and high-energy, contemporary pop score which includes the hit title song, FAME – THE MUSICAL is an ideal musical for high schools, colleges or any theatre with young performers or audiences.

Story Outline:
A longtime ago in an enchanted kingdom lived the heartbroken king, Kashchei. Devastated by the loss of his wife, he is unable to look upon his daughter, Vasilii’s, face. He calls on a sorcerer and demands that he turn her into a Blackbird so that he may no longer be reminded of her mother’s beauty. He casts her out into his gaming forest with his other magical creatures who are hunted for sport.
Upon her eighteenth birthday, Kashchei decrees that he will offer a gold reward for the hunter who can bring in his most prized magical creature, The Blackbird. Ivan, the bravest hunter in the land, answers the decree. Out in the forest he meets a Talking Horse, who takes him to find the elusive Blackbird. With help of his trusty steed, Ivan captures the beautiful Blackbird and brings her to Kashchei.
Back in the Kingdom, Ivan discovers that Kashchei plans to throw The Blackbird into a giant cauldron of boiling water and rid himself of her once and for all. The thought of losing something so magnificent angers Ivan and he vows to get The Blackbird back. However, Ivan must first face his greatest fears and fight back against the embittered Kashchei. By putting his life on the line, he unknowingly releases the beautiful princess, Vasilii, from her spell and receives the greatest gift of all, her love.
