Audition to Be a Part of Spindrift Dance Company’s 16th Season– Train this fall (SDC classes are open to all in the Fall,) Auditions for the 2023 season will be in January.
Spindrift Dance Company explores a variety of dance disciplines while developing dance technique with a focus on training the well-rounded performer. In the Fall, Company members will spend two hours per week working on technique, building stamina, learning choreography and preparing for the Fall recital. The goal of Spindrift Dance Company Prep is to prepare performers for the rigorous load of dancing required as a member of Spindrift Dance Company as well as introduce new members to the Company. Fall SDC Prep classes are open to all. No audition required.
In January all dancers will audition for the Company, and for placement. The company members will then train 2x a week in 2 hour classes. All dancers are encouraged to take additional classes while training with the Company. SDC culminates in an annual professional-level Dance Concert performed by all members in May.
