Alright, tweens; take everything you thought you knew about yoga and throw it out the window. This high-energy vinyasa flow class will not only cultivate strength and flexibility—it will leave you feeling like one sweaty, peaceful warrior. All levels welcome.



Consider this your yoga tasting menu; students will explore new genres of yoga each week, all with an underlying focus on body-mind awareness, wellness, and listening to the individual body. All levels, all body types welcome. Seriously, come as you are and bring your friends. Dads welcome too. Book Clubs. Mom’s Groups. Everyone. You need this. 1
