Our Mission: To train and inspire students of all ages in the performing arts while instilling the qualities of confidence, self-discipline, creativity & respect for others
We at SSPA believe that dance is so much more than technique; there is a mover in each of us, and our skilled instructors take pride in their abilities to unearth every student’s inner dancer. Our dance classes explore the unique joy that is movement, providing the tools to not only use our bodies as instruments, but as a powerful means of self-expression.
Theatre at SSPA is far from run-of-the-mill; grounded in the natural pursuit of play, our theatre classes build the skills, discipline and confidence that will not only support a student on stage, but in life in general. From ensemble building to the creative demands of improvisation, even the most timid students of theatre leave our classes having found their voice.
Graduates of Spindrift School are notoriously well-rounded performers, and much of that stems from involvement in our musical theatre program. However, these classes do so much more than produce the enviable “triple threat”; they cultivate a love of music, movement and language all while creating friendships that often last a lifetime
Summer with Spindrift is magical! For 27 years we have made memories and created theatre, music and dance with the children of Pacifica. We offer 1 week and 3 week-long Performing Arts Musical Theatre, Theatre and Dance Camps throughout the summer for all ages.
